STEP 02
Separated by Fabric
Each colour group is further sorted according to fabric type and the garment's care label, when available. This creates smaller lots with similar care requirements.
STEP 03
Washed Separately
Each lot is washed separately using washing machine settings and detergents suited to its fabric and care requirements.
STEP 04
Air-Dried with Care
After washing, clothes are taken outdoors to dry overnight. We allow additional drying time into the following morning, aiming to avoid harsh direct sunlight.
STEP 05
Checked Before Packing
We inspect garments for remaining dampness before packaging. Clothes are packed once they have passed this dryness check.
STEP 06
Packed and Ready
Once inspected, your laundry is packaged for delivery and prepared for the final handover.
STEP 07
Delivery Arranged with You
We notify you when your laundry is ready and ask you to confirm a convenient delivery time and location.
Thoughtful Drying
Time to dry. Time to check.
We dry washed garments outdoors overnight and allow them to continue drying into the next morning. Our aim is to avoid harsh, direct sunlight during the drying process.
Before packing, we inspect the laundry for dampness. This check helps us ensure the garments are dry before they are prepared for delivery.
